Janus Dyson is the current Chairman & CEO of the Tatsu Region Pokémon League.
He's known primarily for his business acumen and charisma, hence why his selection by the Board of Directors. He is currently keen on turning the Tatsu League into the world's most Premier League, and for that he with an iron fist wishes to stamp out corruption and SOLARUS involvement in League affairs. While as a character he is honestly well intentioned, his actions to meet his ends don't necessarily feel that way.
