A psychiatric asylum founded by two brothers, one who has no emotions and another who can't remember anything past twenty years ago. They claim to have been victims of Mesprit and Uxie, respectively, and created a haven for people like them as a way to cope. A long-standing rumor has it that there was a third brother who was a victim of Azelf, and that he lost the will to live and committed suicide, or is himself an inmate at the Asylum somewhere. Of course, it's only just a rumor.
Located on the southern shore of Silence Lake, northeast of Noire City.
